First Summer Show

So sunday the 20th of May was the first summer show of the season, my 2nd show this year.
Pixie did very well, of the 18 horses that were there she scored the 2nd highest score. But because she was 2nd in her class she did not move on to the Best in Show ring. It was Ole's sec. C Jahrs Spotless Beauty that stole 1st in that class, AND ran off with the Best in Show title. Reserve was also a Welsh, another sec. C in fact :)

But I was thrilled with Pixie's points and the judges comments on her, I even ran with her in the ring a bit myself. Nearly died doing it, or so it felt. I raced into the ring because we were soooo late, and my goddamn boob just jumped right out of my bra! And then my pantyhose slid down just for the heck of it... it's a miracle we came out as good as we did... Note to self: Buy better bra and better pantyhoses for horseshows!
Luckily Ole took over and showed her for the judge, all I had to do then was hold on to his pony, and run with Pixie when we were done...

After the show it was time to let the horses out on grass, needless to say they were happy ponies! So I had to shoot a few sunny pictures of them :)
